Shandong Oulange Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. is a state-designated manufacturer of lifting machinery. Established in 2004, it was successfully listed on the Blue Sea Equity Exchange on December 4, 2018. The company is a member of the China Heavy Machinery Association, holds independent intellectual-property rights and industrial-property rights, and possesses both Class-A special-equipment manufacturing license and Class-A special-equipment installation, alteration & maintenance license.

Covering 50, 000 m², the company has 30, 000 m² of workshop buildings and 10, 000 m² of outdoor operating space. It produces more than 800 specifications in 13 series of lifting and handling equipment, with an annual steel throughput of 15, 000 tons. Main products include: General-purpose bridge cranes up to 320t, general-purpose gantry cranes up to 600t, shipyard gantry cranes up to 400t, metallurgical cranes up to 320t, semi-gantry cranes up to 50t, explosion-proof bridge cranes up to 50t, electric-hoist gantry cranes up to 40t, electric single-girder cranes up to 20t, electromagnetic beam cranes up to 25 t, grab cranes up to 16t, and various loading/unloading riggings, overhead cranes, travelling cranes, portal cranes, and other lifting & port/mining equipment. Products are sold to 20 domestic provinces and municipalities and exported to India, Brazil, Vietnam, Iran, Indonesia, etc. Located one kilometre north of the Xintai West Exit, Shandong, and only one kilometre from the G2 Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, the company enjoys convenient transportation for oversized equipment.

The company has strong technical strength: Over 240 professional technicians, including 64 engineers (14 senior, 21 intermediate, 29 junior). It maintains close technical cooperation with more than ten universities and institutes such as Beijing Materials Handling Research Institute, Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, Southwest Jiaotong University, and Shanghai No. 9 Design Institute, focusing on the R&D of new intelligent cranes.
