Container Spreader

A container spreader is a special lifting attachment designed for international standard containers, mainly used with lifting equipment such as quay cranes, yard cranes and gantry cranes. It can be telescopically adjusted via a hydraulic system to fit mainstream container sizes including 20ft, 40ft and 45ft, and relies on automatic twist locks at four corners to accurately engage and lock with container corner castings, completing the whole process of container lifting, transferring and stacking. Featuring solid structure, reliable locking, efficient operation and strong adaptability, it is the core supporting equipment for mechanized container handling in container terminals, logistics yards and port hubs, greatly improving the efficiency and operational safety of container transshipment.
